USA: MPT
One of two Alpha consoles at Maryland Public Television (MPT) in the USA - this 56 channel console is installed in Audio Control Room 2. MPT also have a Hydra system linking their 3 studios to both control rooms.

USA: NEP
Pittsburgh-based remote broadcast specialists NEP installed an Alpha digital console for ND4.

UK: Sky An 80 fader wrap-around Alpha was installed into Studio Seven at Sky's broadcast centre in Osterley, West London.

USA: Lyon Video A 72 fader Alpha was installed into Lyon Video's brand new 53' multi format Hi-Def trailer 6HD. Operator

Korea: KBS KBS in Soeul installed a 48 fader Alpha, Calrec's first digital console into Korea.

Hong Kong: TVB Hong Kong's largest commercial television station placed a order for nine Alpha digital production consoles through Jolly Pro Audio, Calrec's distributor in China and Hong Kong.

Portugal: SIC
Portuguese broadcaster SIC went live to air with two Calrec Audio Alpha digital desks. The desks - one 32 and one 48 fader console - are installed in a 24 hour News Studio and a 54-foot OB unit respectively.

3sixtymedia
Granada Media installed a 32 fader, 48 channel Alpha digital
console at their 3sixtymedia studios in Manchester, the third Alpha
to go live on air in the UK.

Channel Four
The first Alpha sale to a UK broadcaster went to Channel Four
as part of a massive redevelopment of their national Headquarters
at Westminster, London.

Germany:
WDR
German broadcasters WDR installed a 56 fader, custom-designed Alpha
into a new all digital Outside Broadcast unit. The desk, now
available as the Alpha-OB, absorbs all the digital and analogue
processing into the same physical footprint as the control surface.

Corplex
This unit was originally operated
by Panasonic. The truck made headlines as the first all-digital
live broadcast truck in the world.
