Dome are First Past the Post in Canada
Toronto-based Remote truck specialists Dome Productions have purchased a 106 channel Alpha 100 console for a brand new, fully HD truck.
The console, configured as 72 stereo and 32 mono channels, will be installed into Canada's first ever large HD unit and is purpose designed for live events.
"The mobile has been designed to cover both sports and entertainment, and most of what it will do will be live," says Curtis Skinner, Dome's Manager of Engineering Services.
"We already operate two S2 analog consoles. We been very happy with the performance of these consoles and we have had a very positive industry response to our having Calrec Audio boards.
"Because we are building a high end HD mobile it was an obvious choice to have the Audio be of an equally high quality."
