Support Contracts
When your console warranty has expired, Calrec offers three levels of Support Contract to give you absolute peace of mind. Each level provides more benefits, such as free 24/7 UK telephone support, discounts on spares and training, or a complete package covering hardware, visits, technical support and spares.

24x7 telephone support contract
Calrec will provide a single telephone number, to a nominated customer contact at each site. This number puts you in direct contact with an experienced Calrec support engineer, who will offer guidance on technical and operational issues, at any time of the day or night.

Commissioning
With all console sales, Calrec offers the option to send a Customer Support engineer to site to provide complete on-site commissioning. Commissioning covers a range of test procedures, from ensuring audio levels are within tolerance, to ensuring all networking equipment is connected correctly.

Training
Calrec also offer operational and technical training to compliment the skill base of your operators and technical staff. This can be provided either on-site, or at Calrec’s headquarters in historic Hebden Bridge, UK.

Repairs / Loans / Exchanges
In addition to our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, Calrec also operate a dedicated repair facility. As with all hardware, there is always the possibility that something might fail during its lifetime. Our facility backs up our Customer Support department in the rare eventuality that you experience a fault on your Calrec equipment.
